Regular Visits

Before leaving, we recommend that you make your appointment.

From here on in, a typical visit does not take more than a few minutes. I understand that your time is valuable and so is ours. All of our office procedures are designed to get you the highest level of chiropractic care possible as well as in and out quickly.

Expect to see many other practice members in the office at the same time as your appointment. Life is hectic and things come up that are uncontrollable. Some are early, some are late, and some are on time.

We make every effort to run on time but sometimes circumstances are such that we get behind due to an emergency or something beyond our control.

If you are in a hurry, please let Lisa know and we may be able to accomodate you or reschedule you for a different day. If you are running late, no problem, give us a call. We can usually fit you in later.

Don’t think the brevity of a regular visit lessens its value! With the groundwork laid, we can quickly size up the condition of your spine and nervous system, adjust you and get you on your way.

Like a regular workout at the gym, each visit builds on the ones before. Miss a visit and we can lose the momentum necessary to make the needed changes.

Dr. Jeff Asks some important questions of interest to Kelowna residents - Chiropractor Kelowna Dr. Jeff Asks...

How do chiropractors help ADHD?
There is agreement that ADHD is a nervous system disorder. And while chiropractic isn't a treatment for ADHD, if your child has subluxations, resolving them will often produce profound results. Click here to learn why more and more Kelowna parents are choosing natural chiropractic care rather than dangerous psychotropic drugs.
Are aches and pains good or bad?
While aches or pains may be unpleasant, they're merely warning signs. As a Kelowna chiropractor, I see this all the time. The pain is not the problem! It just means a limitation has been reached and something needs to change. That's when we get to work correcting the underlying cause.
